The Rocket Jet, also called the Torpedo Jet or simply the Rocket, is an invention designed and built by Aviva. Although it's primarily used as a means of fast aerial transportation, the Rocket Jet has a ground mode that functions similar to the Worm-Mobile in case of a crash landing. It was introduced in the Season 2 episode "Journey to the Subnivean Zone".

In "Journey to the Subnivean Zone", the Kratt brothers got stranded in the snow while using the mini-sized Rocket Jet. They used the vehicle's ground mode to follow a vole named Rollo into the subnivean zone, a hidden world under the snow where small rodents can stay active during winter.
In "Slider: The Otter", Aviva suggested to take Slider back to his home using the Rocket Jet. Slider, however, was too afraid to go near the vehicle, so the Wild Kratts had to think of another solution.
In "Prairie Who?", the Rocket Jet was used by Koki to escape a twister that was too powerful for the Tortuga to surpass.
In "Golden Bamboo Lemur", the Wild Kratts used the jet to pull a large capsule containing the nonnative monkeys that Donita released into Madagascar.
In "Sea Otter Swim", the Rocket Jet was briefly seen in the Tortuga's garage as the Wild Kratts watched Coach, Cork, and the rest of the sea otters.
In "The Real Ant Farm", it was used by Martin to fly around the rainforest canopy to get a close look at the leafcutter ants.
In "Mystery of the Mini Monkey Models", it was chosen by Chris and Koki to search for the mini monkeys of South America and find out why they have such distinct and bizarre hairstyles.
