Wild Kratts is an American/Canadian children's television series created by zoologists Chris Kratt and Martin Kratt, and produced by their company, Kratt Brothers Company, along with 9 Story Media Group (formerly 9 Story Entertainment).[1] The series centers around the Kratt brothers, Chris Kratt and Martin Kratt, and fellow teammates Aviva, Koki, and Jimmy Z. Known as the Wild Kratts, they travel to animal habitats across the globe using high-tech equipment in order to learn more about animals while also performing "creature rescues", in which they save the animals and their habitats from various dilemmas. The show's frequent use of exposition and its comedic presentation are used to engage viewers while educating them about zoology- and ecology-related science concepts, and sometimes how they relate to other branches of science.[2]

The first DVD, Creature Adventures was released by PBS on April 5, 2011. It contains the first ten episodes not counting "Polar Bears Don't Dance". The latest one, Super Sprinters, was released by PBS on June 23, 2015. It contains the episodes "Falcon City" and "Cheetah Racer".
